What if eggs were pancakes?
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- Natural Vermont Maple syrup
You’ll also need:
- A working stovetop
- A cast iron pan
- A small bowl
- A whisk or fork
- Optional: a spoon
How-To:
Begin pre-heating your cast iron pan by turning it on a medium-low heat.
Break your eggs into the small bowl. Add a good, large coin size bit of maple syrup to the eggs. Mix them.
Next, either use a spoon, or pour, little pancake sized circles of batter onto the cast iron pan.
Once the edges turn opaque yellow, flip.
Cook each pancake until they are the consistency you like.
Serve.
These are really good and easy to make. It’s like French bread but without the bread. 🙌🏻
